Dear Sir,

I have ordered things consist of 1000 bulletproof vest, 500 of rifles and 100,000 grains manufactured by Wangwung. I booked through the ship on December 1, 2014. When I received the package it turns out there are 3 heated vest that its not working, the GPS button was damaged, the lights sometimes death. And there are 3 guns that are often jammed, his binoculars opaque, bullets of 100 grains in size greatness.

To solve the problem, I want you to replace with new items. I'm waiting, sent no later than 14th February 2015.
